The program, The Equal Justice:  Celebrating the Life & Legacy of Justice Thurgood Marshall, will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011, at 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, in Grant Auditorium, at Syracuse University College of Law.  The program was originally scheduled for February 25th; however, it was cancelled on that date due to a snow storm.  We invite members of the campus and larger Syracuse area communities to join us at the rescheduled event on April 16th.

Program sponsors include the Black Law Students Association, Syracuse University College of Law, the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Community Folk Art Center, the Office of the Chancellor, Latino/Latin American Studies Program, African American Studies Department, Women’s & Gender Studies Department, College of Law Office of Student Life, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Cold Case Justice Initiative.

The program is free and open to the public.  A reception will follow the program.  We look forward to seeing you on April 16!
